We are so excited to welcome you to Houston, Texas for the 45th Annual Technical Conference of the National Association of Black Geoscientists.
This year, you can expect to hear from dynamic speakers, attend interactive workshops, field trips, and panel discussions, all while furthering your scientific knowledge. As always, we will provide a space to make meaningful connections and expand your network.
Limited funding for student attendance is available! register asap to secure your spot.
Student attendees presenting at the conference or volunteering will receive funding for lodging on a first come, first served basis. Priority funding will be given to student presenters and volunteers. You must register by 8/1 to secure a room slot – additional rooms may become available, but are not guaranteed.
Students are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Houston. We have prepared a letter that you may use to petition your departments for funding.
