We are so excited to welcome you to Washington, DC, for our 42nd Annual Technical Conference, hosted at the American Geophysical Union Conference Center! 

This year, you can expect to hear from dynamic speakers, attend interactive workshops and panel discussions, and join us for a field trip to Great Falls Park.

Student Registration (USA) for the 2023 Conference has been waived.

Students are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to Washington DC. We have prepared a letter that you may use to petition your departments for funding.

As of August 20th, we have fully committed funding for lodging. For students registering after August 20th, you will be waitlisted for any additional funds that may become available.

Late Registration will begin September 5th.

Conference Registration (in-person) will CLOSE on TODAY September 11th and there will be NO on-site registration.

Virtual Registration will remain open through the conference.

Note: exhibitor registration includes two (2) conference attendees in addition to the exhibition booth. You will be able to list attendees on the exhibitor form. Additional representatives from your organization must complete their own registration form.

Rooms are available at The Churchill Hotel in Washington, DC. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the AGU Conference Center. Nightly discounted rate: $189

Students
You will receive an email after registering with details on rooms. NABG will cover double-occupancy rooms, with priority for students presenting at the conference.
